Dr. Ayesha Kotuwage is a senior lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Management from the Management and Science University, Malaysia, in 2019, following an M.Sc. in Management and a B.Sc. in Business Administration at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. With over twenty-five years of academic experience, Dr. Kotuwage specializes in sustainability and environmental management. Dr. Kotuwage is committed to teaching and mentoring, having developed innovative curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Moreover, Dr. Kotuwage is involved in student support initiatives, including mentoring programs and enhancing students’ academic success and personal development.
