Professor MD Pushpakumari is a leading academic with distinguished career in management education and research. Currently serve as a professor of Business Administration at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her roles. She is a passionate educator who ignites curiosity in students through her engaged courses. Her areas of specialisation include Management, Strategic Management, International Business Management, Cross Cultural Management, SMEs and Entrepreneurship, and Organisational Behaviour. She fosters a dynamic learning environment where students develop critical thinking and practical skills essential for success in today's complex business world.
