Driven by an unwavering passion for knowledge and a commitment to academic excellence, Thisarani Dharmarathne has established herself as a dedicated educator and emerging researcher in the field of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with First Class from the University of Kelaniya and is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), reflecting both her academic distinction and professional accomplishment. Thisarani commenced her academic career at the University of Moratuwa, where she cultivated a strong foundation in university-level teaching and research. She is dedicated to equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical competencies essential for professional success. Currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) at the University of Moratuwa, she is actively engaged in advancing scholarly knowledge within these domains and is committed to making meaningful contributions to academic discourse in her field. Additionally, she serves as a Lecturer Probationary (On contract) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, actively engaging in teaching and mentoring undergraduate students.
