The Center for Real Estate Studies successfully conducted its first workshop for 2024, titled “Publish or Perish: Editor’s Perspective” on 16th of February from 9.00 am to 11.00 am at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Dr. Basanta Kumar, renowned for his advocacy for transparency and expertise as an academic and legal advisor, served as the resource person for the workshop. Additionally, he holds the role of Associate Editor at the Academy of Business and Emerging Markets and served as the Indian Coordinator for the ABEM International Conference 2023 in Bhubanesware.
