
Real Estate and Valuation Undergraduate Research Conference (REVURC) 2025: Showcasing Academic Excellence
The Department of Estate Management and Valuation successfully hosted the Real Estate and Valuation Undergraduate Research Conference (REVURC) 2025 on February 18, 2025, from 8.30 AM to 2.00 PM at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This event was organized in conjunction with the 21st International Conference on Business Management (ICBM) 2025, underscoring the department’s commitment to integrating undergraduate research within broader academic dialogues.
The conference aimed to cultivate a robust research culture among undergraduates by providing a platform for final-year students to present their independent research findings. This year’s conference featured twelve outstanding research presentations from the 2019/20 academic batch. Additionally, abstracts from all final-year students were compiled into the REVURC 2025 Proceedings Book, serving as a testament to the scholarly endeavors undertaken by the cohort.
