Strategic Dialogue Held with Institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka

A constructive and insightful discussion was held on 12th August with the Council Members of the Institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka (IVSL).

The meeting served as a platform to strengthen collaboration between academia and the professional body, with a shared vision of enhancing the quality, integrity, and relevance of the valuation profession in Sri Lanka.

Key areas of focus included aligning academic training with evolving industry standards, fostering research and innovation in valuation practices, and expanding opportunities for student engagement with the professional community.

Through this collaborative approach, the initiative aims to contribute towards building a robust, ethical, and forward-looking valuation profession that effectively meets the needs of the country’s real estate sector and broader economy.
