The Journal of Real Estate Studies (JRES), a peer-reviewed and open-access publication managed by the Department of Estate Management & Valuation, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, invites original research papers for its upcoming June 2025 issue (Vol. 22, Issue 02).

Submission Deadline: 15th April 2025

JRES publishes scholarly work in diverse areas such as Real Estate Management, Property Valuation, Urban Planning, Smart Cities, Real Estate Technology, Market Trends, and more. With over 15 years of academic contribution, the journal is indexed in EBSCOhost and is also available on Sri Lanka Journals Online (SLJOL).
