Discussion with the World Bank's Land Policy and Administrative Technical Mission Team

The Department of Estate Management and Valuation, extends a warm welcome to the South Asia Region Land Sector Specialist from the World Bank’s Land Policy and Administrative Technical Mission team. They visited the Department for a brainstorming session aimed at gathering valuable insights to contribute to the formulation of a comprehensive roadmap for the land sector of Sri Lanka. This roadmap encompassed critical aspects such as land policy, land tenure, state land management, property valuation, and taxation.
