
Educational Field Visit to Colombo: Enhancing Urban Planning Insights for REMV Undergraduates
On March 14, 2025, third-year students enrolled in the B.Sc. Honours in Real Estate Management and Valuation program participated in an educational field visit to Colombo as part of their coursework for EMV 3373: Urban and Regional Planning I. This excursion provided a comprehensive understanding of Colombo’s urban development, infrastructure, and economic significance, while also highlighting the city’s challenges and opportunities.
