Department of Estate management & Valuation announces for the 2^nd consecutive year, National Symposium on Real Estate management & Valuation 2016.

As a higher educational institute, it is proud to state that the department has been serving more than four decades for the development of the mother land by means of producing competent graduates in the field of Real Estate Management and Valuation. In fact, the degree programme on Estate Management and Valuation has a long history since 1972/3 in Sri Lanka, which is designed to cater the specific needs in the fields of real estate management and valuation as well as allied professions. The degree programs is one of the pioneers in land-based professional courses commenced at the university level and still the sole degree programme in the field of real estate management and valuation in the country.

This National symposium opens a forum for academics, students, and practitioners to share their valuable experience, knowledge and views.
