Landmarks 2025- Inter- university Real Estate Documentary Competition
The RCB Club of the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, in collaboration with REMV CREW, the official students’ association of the Department, successfully organised the Landmark Competition, the flagship project of the RCB Club. Over the years, the Landmark Competition has grown into a premier inter-university documentary competition, proudly hosted by the Department of Estate Management and Valuation at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
The awards ceremony was held on 24th October 2025 at the prestigious Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, providing an elegant setting to celebrate creativity, analytical thinking, and excellence in documentary storytelling among university students.
Award Winners
The Department extends its warmest congratulations to the outstanding teams whose exceptional performances distinguished them among strong inter-university competition:
- 🏆 First Place – Team led by Mr. Pasindu Sankalpa, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University
- 🥈 Second Place – Team led by Mr. Wibhanu Ramesh, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University
- 🥉 Third Place – Team led by Ms. Deethika Nuwandi Wasala, University of Sri Jayewardenepura
These achievements reflect the high standards of research, innovation, and presentation demonstrated by the participating teams.
