Navigating Ethical Challenges: B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) Final-Year Students Triumph in Professional Development and Ethics Case Study Viva

Final-year students in the B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) program successfully completed a Professional Development and Ethics case study viva examination within the framework of the Professional Development and Ethics subject. They illustrated the ethical challenges encountered during their internship and demonstrated how they applied the RICS decision-making rules to ensure decisions were made without violating RICS rules of conduct. Additionally, they affirmed their successful fulfillment of the RICS rules of conduct course module, a prerequisite for passing this module.
