Our 3rd year B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) students on the successfully completed their Real Estate Project! They gave us a glimpse into the real estate development process from land identification to project closure, showcasing their expertise in alternative development potential analysis, residual value estimation, BOQ preparation, financial and marketing plans.
