Chammi Chethana is currently attached to the Department of Estate Management and Valuation in the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and serves as an Assistant Lecturer (Temporary). She is a graduate in Real Estate Management and Valuation with academic and practical experience in Property Valuation, Housing Studies, and Real Estate Research. She completed her internship training at the Government Valuation Department as an Assistant Valuer, gaining exposure to valuation practices and property assessment. Her interests include Sustainable Real Estate, Housing Development, and research related to the Built Environment. She actively engages in academic collaborations, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the Real Estate Sector. She is passionate about Teaching and Research, with a commitment to contributing to innovative and sustainable solutions in the Real Estate Industry.
