Miss Githmi Oshara Abeysooriya is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Lecturer (Probationary) at the Department of Estate Management and Valuation. With a passion for real estate management and valuation, she actively engages in teaching and assisting in subjects related to her field. Additionally, she holds the role of Administrative Assistant at the Centre for Real Estate Studies (CRES), where she adeptly coordinates and manages research and consultancy activities.

Having earned her undergraduate degree in B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Miss Abeysooriya brings a solid academic foundation to her roles. Her keen interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for real estate management led her to pursue a Diploma in GIS and Remote Sensing from the same university.

Miss Abeysooriya is recognized as an Associate Professional at the Green Building Council of Sri Lanka, showcasing her commitment to sustainable practices in the built environment. Furthermore, she serves as an academic advisor at the Student Support Centre of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, demonstrating her dedication to supporting students in their academic journey.
