Madushan J.Perera is currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer (Temporary) in the Department of Estate Management and Valuation at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Estate Management and Valuation (Special) from the same university, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in real estate, valuation, and property market analysis.

He is presently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, further enhancing his expertise in managerial and analytical disciplines. In addition, he is a professional-level candidate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), working towards Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) status.

His academic and professional interests include real estate valuation, land economics, property investment analysis, and sustainable real estate practices. He is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic development within the field of real estate management and valuation.
