I conducted lectures, practical sessions, and evaluations for the subjects: Property Valuation, Real Estate Finance, and Geographic Information Systems at the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, The University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.

Since 2010, I have supervised more than 25 undergraduate and six postgraduate research students. Recent publications include three co-authored textbooks and more than 25 journal and conference articles. I attended conferences and seminars in France, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Sri Lanka in the recent past. I am passionate about writing and public speaking on contemporary real estate market trends, Property Technology, and specialised property valuations.
