Stakeholder Consultations for Curriculum Excellence Successfully Concluded

The Department of Estate Management and Valuation recently concluded the first round of stakeholder consultations for the upcoming curriculum revision of the B.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Management and Valuation and the M.Sc. in Real Estate Management and Valuation degree programmes.

The collaborative forum, held on 12th August, brought together industry experts, academics, and institutional partners to explore innovative ways to strengthen and future-proof both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Discussions focused on aligning curricula with global best practices, fostering research and innovation, and equipping students with the skills and vision to excel in the dynamic real estate sector.

The revised curricula aim to nurture graduates who embody integrity, champion sustainable development, and draw inspiration from Sri Lanka’s rich cultural heritage, preparing them to become visionary leaders, professionals, and global citizens in the field of Real Estate Management and Valuation.
