Successful Completion of the RICS Annual Examiner Review 2025

The Department of Estate Management and Valuation successfully conducted the RICS Annual Examiner Review on the 10th and 11th of February 2025. This rigorous review focused on evaluating the Teaching, Learning, and Assessment procedures of the B.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Management & Valuation and the M.Sc. in Real Estate Management & Valuation programs for the academic years 2023 and 2024.

We were honored to host an International Examiner alongside two Local Examiners, whose valuable insights contributed to strengthening the academic quality and professional alignment of our programs. Their expertise and feedback will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards in real estate education and ensuring alignment with RICS competency requirements.
