Annual Stakeholder Meeting 2019
The Department successfully conducted its Annual Stakeholder Meeting on 02nd August 2019 at Berjaya Hotel, Mount Lavenia with the representation from visiting lecturers; senior representatives from corporate sector (banking sector, multinational companies, Colombo Stock Exchange, insurance sector, textile sector); governmental organizations; professional examination bodies (CA, CMA); alumni members and members of Commerce Student Society. The gathering was mainly focused to discuss the new curriculum proposing year 2020. The discussion led to exchange the wide spectrum of ideas to getting par with the expectation of the industry which will mark a significant impact for the future students.
