Career Guidance Workshop 2024

The Department organised a workshop on “Career Guidance” on 08th February 2024 for final year undergraduates via Zoom platform. A distinguished panel of industry experts facilitated the Career Guidance Workshop. The esteemed panelists included Mr. Roshantha Jayathunga, Head of HR Strategy & Talent Development at Hatton National Bank; Mr. Sachithra Illeperuma, Executive Trainee at Hatton National Bank; Ms. Anushka Tissera, Associate Director of the Talent Team at Ernst & Young; and Ms. Neomi Wijesinghe, Head of HR and Country HR Business Partner at DHL Global Forwarding Lanka Pvt Ltd. The workshop included the content of facilitate networking and promote individual development in career ladder. 112 final year undergraduates attended this session and gained delightful insights on facilitate networking and in career planning for individual developments in career ladder.
