An Insightful Guest Lecture on "Investment Analysis for Real Estate"

We were privileged to host an insightful guest lecture on “Investment Analysis for Real Estate” for our Degree Part III students of the B.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Management and Valuation Degree Program. This enriching session featured two distinguished speakers from Lanka Property Web Pvt Ltd: Mr. Kasun Wijekoon, Manager-Sales and Mr. Chamara Thewarapperuma, Senior Real Estate Analyst .

The lecture delved into the crucial aspects of investment analysis throughout various stages of real estate development and transactions. Mr. Thewarapperuma and Mr. Wijekoon expertly covered essential topics such as conducting thorough market research and feasibility studies, offering students a comprehensive understanding of the strategic approaches required for success in the real estate industry.
