Real Estate Research Session 2020
“Real Estate Research Session 2020” organised by the Department of Estate Management and Valuation was successfully held on 27th February 2020 from 09.00am to 02.00pm at the EMV Main Lecture Hall, Department of Estate Management and Valuation, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
This year’s undergraduate research session was coordinated by Prof. (Mrs) K. G. P. K. Weerakoon and Mr. W. H. T. Gunawardhana, Senior Lecturer, Department of Estate Management and Valuation with the support of the junior academic staff. The purpose of this event was twofold. First is to give an opportunity for the graduates of the B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation degree, to present their findings of the researches done under the Independent Research Report Module. Accordingly, 06 oral presentations were done during the inauguration session by the immediate passed out EMV graduates. At the same time, a book including 16 extended abstracts of those researches was launched at the honorable presence of Dr. U Anura Kumara, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce.
