The third-year students in the B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) degree program embarked on an enlightening field trip to the iconic Twin Tower Project, Sri Lanka’s tallest residential endeavor on 13th October 2023. The main objective of this excursion was to delve deeply into the world of Construction Project Management, a pivotal element of their academic curriculum.

Throughout this outing, our students gained firsthand exposure to the intricate intricacies of planning, orchestrating, and executing a project of such monumental proportions. This allowed them to witness the real-life application of construction management principles in action, enriching their academic knowledge with invaluable industry insights.
