Field Visit to Kendagasthenna Tea Factory

The Department of Estate Management and Valuation sees the active engagement of third-year undergraduate students in field visit as an integral part of their academic curriculum. This field visit is specifically tailored to EMV 3349: Agricultural Valuation and one recent excursion led our students to the Kendagasthenna Tea Factory, a subsidiary of the KDU Group situated in Pellmadulla. The Department extends its heartfelt appreciation to the Institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka for their collaborative efforts in orchestrating this field trip. Moreover, the Department is grateful for the valuable assistance provided by the Branch officers of the Government Valuation Department in Ratnapura.
