ICREMV 2023 – Pre-Conference Workshop 02
The ICREMV 2023 Pre-Conference Workshop 02 was successfully held on September 16th, 2023 from 01.00 – 03.00pm at the University premises and via online platform. The title of the workshop was “Demystifying the Interplay of Capital Gain Tax and Real Estate Valuation”.
Vlr. Dr. Prathap Kaluthanthri, AIV, MRICS, Chartered Valuation Surveyor, Head/ Senior Lecturer, Department of Estate Management and Valuation, University of Sri Jayewardenepura and Ms. Chinthani Gunarathna, Senior Deputy Commissioner – Secretariat, Inland Revenue Department, Sri Lanka joined the workshop as resource persons.
