Nimasha Sugathadasa is a Lecturer (Probationary) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, specializing in real estate valuation, finance, and agricultural valuation. Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Agricultural Economics, he inspires students and contributes to the field of real estate management and valuation.

Our role is pivotal in maintaining transparency and reliability in the university's financial reporting processes.

My responsibility involves formulating a concise Rental Valuation Report based on thorough analysis of market conditions, location, and comparable rental rates. This report will guide informed decision-making regarding the property's acquisition and utilization for hostel accommodation by the university.
