The students of M.Sc. in Real Estate Management and Valuation had an enriching hands-on experience at the Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments and Residencies by Home Lands Skyline! This visit was organized as part of the Real Estate Development and Management course module, providing a practical learning opportunity where students could apply theory to real-world scenarios.

Canterbury Lexus Apartments, Sri Lanka’s first-ever Golf Resort Apartments and Residencies, and one of the largest residential development project in the country. This field tour provided our students with invaluable insights into high-end real estate development and management practices.
