Crafting Radiance: A Journey through Personality and Skills Development
The Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura organized the 17th Personality and Skills Development (PSD) Programme in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA), Diyatalawa. This six-day program, held from December 18th to December 23rd, 2023, specifically catered to Year III undergraduates of the department. The initiative was in direct alignment with the Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs) set for the MAR3348: Personality and Skill Development course within the B.Sc. Marketing Management (Special) Degree programme.
The prime objective of the PSD programme was to afford students a valuable opportunity to augment their competencies and skills, with a focus on leadership, communication, teamwork, and self-confidence. The program comprised a well-balanced mix of in-class and outdoor sessions, providing participants with a comprehensive learning experience. This collaborative effort between the Department of Marketing Management and the Sri Lanka Military Academy aimed to empower and equip students with the essential tools and knowledge for personal and professional growth.
