Personality and Skills Development Program 2025

The Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, successfully conducted the 18th Personality and Skills Development (PSD) Programme in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA), Diyatalawa, from January 20 to January 26, 2025. The PSD Programme was organized as part of the MAR 3175: Sports and Personality Development – II course offered to third-year undergraduates of the B.Sc. Honours in Marketing Management degree programme. This comprehensive initiative featured a variety of activities aimed at enhancing skills such as leadership, team building, and confidence development, delivering a transformative and unique learning experience for the undergraduates of the department.
