Guest Lecture on Reading outside Management
Another guest lecture of the guest lecture series of Management and Personal Capacity Skill Development Programme was held on 6th February 2019, at the Main Hall of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce. It was delivered by Senior Professor Mangala Fonseka, who is a well experienced lecturer and a great asset of the Department of Accounting. The topic for the session was ‘Reading outside Management’ and the insights he shared on this topic inspired the audience; which consisted of the second-year students of Department of Accounting.
This lecture taught the students the ways in which they can reap the maximum use out of reading books, which fall under different categories. This was indeed an interesting as well as an inspiring session.
