AFMA FitTrek 2025

‘AFMA FitTrek 2025’, a three-day outbound leadership and team-building training program, was organized by the Department of Accounting in collaboration with the Accounting and Financial Management Association (AFMA), and held from May 21st to 23rd, 2025, at the Sri Lanka Air Force Combat Training School in Diyatalawa.

A total of 195 second-year students from the Department of Accounting participated in the program. ‘AFMA FitTrek 2025’ served as an integral component of the course ACC 2272: Personal and Professional Development, and featured leadership exercises, confidence and endurance training, as well as entertainment sessions — all designed to develop skills, strengthen peer bonds, and create lasting memories.

The Co-Title Partners of ‘AFMA FitTrek 2025’ were ACCA Sri Lanka and H-Connect Private Limited, a venture of the Hirdaramani Group.
