AFMA Wellness Camp 2025

The Accounting and Financial Management Association (AFMA), the student body of the Department of Accounting, organized the AFMA Wellness Camp 2025 for the second consecutive year with the aim of providing essential medical services to both students and lecturers. The program was held on 12th August 2025 in collaboration with the MOH Offices of Boralesgamuwa and Maharagama. The wellness camp offered a wide range of services, including hypertension screening, blood sugar testing, cholesterol screening, BMI assessment and awareness, vision screening, and breast cancer screening tests, followed by medical consultations based on the results. The event drew a notable response, with over 500 students and 70 lecturers obtaining services during the day. The title partner of the event was SANASA Life Insurance Company PLC, while the official eye care partner was Vision Care Optical Services (Pvt.) Ltd.
