Welcome of Second Year Students 2021
The Department of Accounting officially welcomed the new second year batch on 7th of December 2020. One of the significant features of the welcome was that it was held as a virtual ceremony for the first time due to the covid pandemic. This occasion was graced by the presence of Head of the Department, Prof. Harendra Kariyawasam, and academic staff members of the Department. The students were given a thorough awareness about the culture, practices & opportunities available at the Department of Accounting as well as online teaching and learning methods. A very warm and energetic atmosphere prevailed throughout the program and it was a very delightful afternoon.
