CSE Listing Rules and Continuous Listing Requirements

Department of Commerce conducted a Guest Lecture on explaining the Listing Rules and Continuous Listing requirements of the Colombo Stock Exchange on 18th July 2022 via online using Zoom. 

The guest speaker for the session was Ms Nilupa Perera, Senior Vice President – Trading Operations, Market Surveillance & Corporate Affairs at CSE.

During the session Ms. Nilupa Perera explained and covered on the listing requirements on Main board and Diri Savi Board, Corporate Governance requirements, reporting requirements, Ethical and Professional standards required by the listed entities in CSE and gave a broader understanding on the requirements specified by CSE.
