Accounting Standards Handbook
The Department of Accounting issued the latest version of the Accounting Standards Handbook (which was referred earlier as Panorama) which is a valuable book for the students who, face G. C. E. (A/L) examination and the teachers who teach for the G. C. E. (A/L) examination. Thehandbook was written by the lecturers of the department and includes the revised conceptual framework, SLFRS 15, SLFRS 16 with all the other accounting standards relevant for G. C. E. (A/L) examination. The handbook is distributed by the student body of the department, Accounting and Financial Management Association (AFMA).
The first copy of the Accounting Standards Handbook was presented to the Head of the Department,
Prof. Harendra Kariyawasamon 15th January 2021 by the Assistant Coordinator of the AFMA, Ms. AmaliHenadirage and the president of theAFMA, HashenMadhusha.
