Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Proven leadership in academic administration, including roles as Director of the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) and Director of the World Bank-funded AHEAD project. Extensive expertise in accounting, finance, and curriculum development. Recognized for contributions to academia and value-based leadership. Proven track record in securing and managing international grants. Strong consulting and training background with the Ministry of Higher Education and the World Bank. Holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and an MSc in Finance and Economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, Russia.
