Winning the Championship of the “Magnate 2022”, Inter-University Debate Competition
The team from the Accounting and Financial Management Association (AFMA), the student body of the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, won the championship of the “Magnate 2022”, Inter-University debate competition organized by the Finance Students’ Association, Department of Finance, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo which was held on 7th October 2022. The team consisted of Supun Muthukuda, Akila Gamage, Anjanaah Sri Chandrakanthan, Hanshi Dinushika and Udesh Gunarathne who are 3rd year undergraduates of the Department of Accounting. Supun Muthukuda was also awarded as the Best Speaker at “Magnate 2022.
