Construct your Career
The Department was able to conduct a special workshop on the 19th of October 2022 at the Faculty Boardroom as the first initiative under the MoU signed between the Faculty and Siam City Cement Lanka Limited under the theme titled “Construct your Career”. This interactive session was conducted to the first-year undergraduates of the Department where Dr. Chandana Wijayanama, Director Organization and Human Resources discused the importance of planning the career way ahead as an undergraduate while Ms. Erosha Fernando (Head of Talent and HR Services), Mr. Ayeshan Edirisinghe (Area Sales Executive), Mr. Nipuna Kadanearachchi (Corporate Strategy and Finance Manager) and Ms. Chalana Waidyasekara (Compliance and Corporate Secretarial Manager) shared their own experiences with the audience at length.
