Notice - Calling Applications for the Alumni Association of Department of Commerce Gold Medal

The Department of Commerce, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, invites applications from graduands who have successfully completed the academic requirements of the BCom Honours Degree Programme and are eligible to graduate at the Convocation scheduled for October 2026.

The Alumni Association of the Department of Commerce (AADCOM) Gold Medal is awarded to the student who demonstrates outstanding performance in both academic and extracurricular activities during their period of study.

Applications will be evaluated based on academic performance and achievements in areas such as leadership, community service and good citizenship, sports, aesthetic and technical talents, research and innovation, and other exceptional accomplishments.

Eligible candidates are required to submit a self-prepared application with supporting documentary evidence in both hard-copy and soft-copy formats, in accordance with the guidelines provided in the attached notice.
