BIO

Binura Shaminda is a Temporary Assistant Lecturer attached to the Department of Business Economics, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration (Business Economics) with First Class Honours from USJ.

Prior to joining academia, he completed nearly three years of professional training at BDO Partners, where he gained valuable exposure in the fields of auditing and taxation. He is a passed finalist of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) of Sri Lanka and is currently pursuing the Strategic Level examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka).
