Programme Overview
The Personal and Professional Development Programme is designed to strengthen the soft skills, professional attitudes, and personal qualities required by undergraduates as they prepare for their future careers. Offered in Year III as BEC 3180: Personal and Professional Development, the programme is conducted across two semesters and combines interactive sessions, guest lectures, discussions, workshops, and experiential learning activities.

Outward Bound Training Programme
A key highlight of the programme is the two-day Outward Bound Training Programme, which provides students with experiential exposure to teamwork, leadership, discipline, confidence-building, and problem-solving in a practical setting.
