Guest lecture on "ILO's Decent Work agenda in Sri Lanka 2022"

The Department of Business Economics and the Department of Human Resource Management of University of Sri Jayewardenepura organized a guest lecture on “ILO’s Decent Work agenda in Sri Lanka 2022” on 24th of November from 10.00 a.m. onwards at the University premises. Our guest speaker was Mr. Balasingham Skanthakumar who is the Senior Program Officer at the ILO’s Country Office for Sri Lanka and Maldives.

During that time, the students had the opportunity to identify a lot of very important information about the decent work agenda.  It provided an opportunity to identify how a decent work agenda works in the world as well as in Sri Lanka. Moreover, got the opportunity to identify the new trends of the decent work agenda as well as the evolution of the ILO.
