Ms. Oshadhie Silva : Best Student of the Department of Business Economics in 2022
Ms. Oshadhie Silva of the Department of Business Economics was awarded “The NIBM Gold Medal” for being the highest GPA holder of the Department of Business Economics Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC) for the year 2020 at the 48th Convocation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura which was held on the 22nd of December 2021 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Colombo. This award is presented to the best student in the department every year at the completion of the degree programme.
Ms. Oshadhie was able to secure the highest GPA in the Department of Business Economics of the 2016/17 batch. She also actively contributed to many student activities at the department as a member of Business Economics Students’ Association (BIZCON).
