‘J’PURA EXPO 2022 – Product Fair
The ‘Product Fair’ was intended to upgrade already designed product offers to export standards with higher value addition. The focused category for the product fair was agro-based products which could potentially be enhanced into exportable goods. It was also expected to build up a platform for the exporters to reach the export market via authorities and otherwise. This attempt was aimed at supporting them to gain necessary information and guidance regarding basic facilities availability, and ways of utilization of local resources and networks effectively. The product fair was successfully conducted on Saturday 17th December 2022 at Mihilaka Medura BMICH, Colombo with the participants of producers who are engaging in food, coconut, herbs and spice related SMEs, Ministers from the present government, embassy representatives, trade officers and potential foreign buyers.
