Annual Field Visit to Sammanthurai Divisional Secretariat
Annual Academic Field Visit to Divisional Secretariat, Samanthurai, Kalmunai has been organized for the Third year students of the Department of Public Administration of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura under the course, PUB 3341 Public Management on 22nd and 23rd January 2019. The students were able to get lessons on public service delivery process and practical aspects of the performance management system of the office. Also, a survey has been conducted to identify socio-economic background of selected 100 families in a village in the Divisional Secretariat. Several academic members of the Department have also participated for the field visit. This field visit has been organized by Senior Prof. (Mrs.) R. Lalitha S. Fernando and Ms. W.K. Weenavi Sulakkana.
