As the Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, it is my pleasure to extend a heartfelt welcome to you. For over 60 years, FMSC has been a leader in management education in Sri Lanka, shaping the futures of more than 50,000 graduates. In addition to 12 undergraduate internal degree programmes and 3 external degree programmes in the field of management, FMSC also offers a diverse range of postgraduate qualifications, diplomas, and certificate courses. All these programmes are thoughtfully designed to foster both academic and professional growth, covering key areas such as management, information systems, business economics, and entrepreneurship. By addressing the varied interests and ambitions of our students, as well as the evolving needs of the business community, we strive to ensure our graduates are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of the local and global business landscape.
