RICS External Examiner’s Annual Visit -2017
A two day special programme was held at the Department of Estate Management and Valuation on 23rd and 24th May, 2017 in line with the external examiner’s annual visit for the year 2017 as per the requirement of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS). The external examiner Prof. Ali Parsa from UK visit the department for the second time and the objective was to evaluate the maintenance of the standards of the B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) Degree programme to match with the RICS guidelines. The event was comprised of inspection of documentary evidence, discussion with the students, academic Staff and industrial representatives which were highly successful and productive. At the concluding session, Prof. Ali Parsa shared some good practices and provide certain recommendations to enable the department to keep up with the current RICS quality framework.
